How to Enter

1. Download iVideo from Apple’s iTunes App Store.
2. Ensure that you have either a cellular or WiFi data connection and launch iVideo on your iPhone or iPod Touch.
3. Wait for it to startup and refresh its database (this could take a while if you have a slow internet connection).
4. Tap the info button on the bottom left toolbar to enter the Information View and enter your email address, then exit the Information view, leaving “Send App Data to ZETZ mobile:” set to “Allow”.
5. iVideo will send you an email requesting that you confirm your email address. Click the link in the email and confirm your email address on our website.
6. Complete the form on our site to validate your entry.
7. For extra chances to win, be sure to enter the email addresses of your friends who have an iPhone or iPod Touch. You will receive one additional chance to win for every friend that enters the contest.

There will be five draws. Draws will occur when the total number of iVideo downloads from the App Store reaches 100,000, 250,000, 500,000, 750,000 and 1,000,000 downloads. Your entry(s) will be eligible for all draws occurring from the date of your entry(s).

Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of ZETZ mobile. ZETZ mobile is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.

Contest Rules

1. The contest is open to anyone, except where prohibited by law. All entrants must be of the age of majority in their local jurisdiction. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of ZETZ mobile, its advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. The prize for each draw will be the lowest amount, in US dollars, equal to the current purchase price of an iPhone 3G S (16GB), as currently available from ATT, when purchased with a two year voice and data plan, at the time of the draw. The amount of the prize will be the amount quoted from ATT for the phone, excluding the two year voice and data plan. As of June 15, 2009, the prize amount is $199.00 (US).
3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which ZETZ mobile may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that ZETZ mobile may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
6. The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded to them.
7. Winners must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by ZETZ mobile acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
8. ZETZ mobile reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
